The University of Tampa is about a 5 minute drive or a 20 minute walk. Most residents take our shuttle or drive, and some walk, bike or scooter.
Yes. Our shuttle to the University of Tampa runs Monday through Friday, 7:30am to 10pm. There is also a city bus on West Main Street.
Yes. Cigar Lofts is student housing only, and every resident signs their own lease by the bedroom.
No. We offer 2, 3 and 4 bedroom apartments in the cigar factory and 4 and 5 bedroom townhomes across the street.

Two Communities, Twice the Amenities
Live at Cigar Lofts and you get every amenity at 220 Madison too, our sister community in downtown Tampa, four blocks from the University of Tampa. 220 Madison residents can use ours, and a free shuttle runs between the two.
