The University of Tampa is about a 5 minute drive or a 20 minute walk. Most residents take our shuttle or drive, and some walk, bike or scooter.

Yes. Our shuttle to the University of Tampa runs Monday through Friday, 7:30am to 10pm. There is also a city bus on West Main Street.

Yes. Our main building is a restored West Tampa cigar factory that is more than 100 years old, with exposed brick and big arched windows. Our townhomes across the street are brand new.

Cigar Lofts is managed by B.HOM Student Living, with onsite management and maintenance. The office is open Monday through Friday, 9am to 5pm.

Yes. Cigar Lofts is student housing only, and every resident signs their own lease by the bedroom.

No. We offer 2, 3 and 4 bedroom apartments in the cigar factory and 4 and 5 bedroom townhomes across the street.

Yes. Accessible apartments are available in our 4 bedroom floor plans on floors 2 and 3. Contact the leasing office and we will walk you through what is open.

Yes, in our townhomes. Both the Albany and Walnut townhomes have one shared bedroom.

A guarantor, like a parent, may be needed if you do not have established credit or income. Guarantors need a credit score of 650 or higher and income of at least 2.3 times the monthly rent.

Leases run 12 months, from August to July, paid in 12 monthly installments.

Not at this time. We only offer the 12 month lease.

Yes, residents can bring guests into the amenity spaces.

Yes, pets are welcome. There is a one-time $300 pet fee and $30 monthly pet rent, and we have a dog park on the property.

Renewals are open all year. Renew by October 7 to keep your current rate.

Your monthly payment is your rent plus the $179 utility package.

Yes. Every apartment and townhome has its own stacked washer and dryer, and laundry is free.

Yes. There is a 55 inch TV in the living room and a 43 inch TV in every bedroom.

It depends on the floor plan. Robusto Retreat has 2 bedrooms and 2 baths, Lancero Quarters and Corona Courtyard have 3 and 3, Havana Hideaway has 4 and 3, Churchill Suite has 4 and 4, the Walnut Townhome has 4 and 3, and the Albany Townhome has 5 and 3.

Our amenities are open 24/7, including the clubhouse.

We have 45 assigned parking spaces at $79.99 a month. Visitors park on the street, no pass needed.
